All orders are shipped via UPS - you are able to choose Ground, 2 Day or Overnight at Checkout.

We ship cookies Monday-Wednesday. Only shipping options that provide same week delivery will be available.

UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so an alternate address will need to be provided.

We do ship internationally - please contact us for specific pricing.

We offer a variety of shipping options based upon delivery location. We try not to offer shipping options that would keep cookies in transit for more than two to three days; but our cookies do have a shelf life of 7-8 days when in airtight packaging.

 

Placing your order

We make every effort to package and ship orders as quickly as possible. The length of time it takes for us to ship your order can vary depending upon when the order is placed, i.e., the day and time you place your order, whether or not we are in a busy season, etc. 

To ensure that you receive your order by the time you need it, you can place orders up to 30 days in advance. 

Please note, we cannot guarantee arrival dates (unless you use Overnight) so we ask that you give us the SHIPPING date you prefer. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired date to allow for any unforeseen delays. Cookies can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness.

We will send a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address you provided with your order once the order has processed for shipment, generally the same day as shipment.
